What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
If your phone is lost or stolen, please deactivate your Clef account at your earliest convenience. Your Clef login credential will remain safe until you are ready to reactivate your Clef account on a new device. Follow these steps:
- Submit a deactivation request for your device at getclef.com/deactivate/
- Click on the confirm link in the deactivation email that you receive from Clef.
- When your new device is ready, reactivate your account.
